Tried fishing a creek in NJ which was stocked with trout in April and they won’t bite anything. I’ve tried black and olive wooly buggers, worms, Power bait, dry flies, almost everything can think of. They won’t even follow the bait if it’s dangled in front of their face. The water is clear enough for me to see them cruising around
