A day in the life of a Kiwi

Absolute ripper day on the water today in the High Country, committed a terrible blunder on a PB Brown which would of been between 5lb-6lb, hooked/landed him and was messing around trying to weigh him when he flopped out of the net and I was very disappointed to say the least, still gutted about it hours later🤦‍♂️

That unfortunate event still didn't deter me from fishing on and ended up with 3 nice eaters (2 2.5 pounders and 1 3.4 pounder) all caught on a 10g Black and Gold Toby lure

Better yet got to watch a mate land his first Brown trout which weighed in at 2lb, the perfect eater and he was absolutely stoked

An overall wicked day in the snow, and not one il likely forget anytime soon
