Hey reddit fam! When I was a kid my dad took us to a trout farm. We caught the fish in a stocked pond and they smoked/fillet the trout for us while we waited. We paid by the pound of whatever we caught (was like shooting fish in a barrel), but was great when we were young. Now I have kids of my own and would like to take them. Anyone have a recommendation?
