Tomorrow I’m going trout fishing in Banff, Canada on a boat. The maximum depth of the lake is 30ft and I’m a little worried about my 1/16 oz big heads and rooster tails being too light to reach the bottom. I know unorthodox, but do you recommend adding splitshot above the swivel to get my lures down there? Thankfully I have some heavier spoons. Thanks!
Bonus question: I have mostly red, pink, black and neon yellow spot plastics. The water is clear blue, what color do you recommend for jigging?
