Hi all, I'm a pretty avid hiker and have a love for fishing as well. I've decided to try and mesh these two together and do some alpine lake fishing, I have an uglystik GX2 with some 6-pound mono on there which I think should be fine for this, Just wondering if anyone has any good hikes and lakes with abundant trout. I was looking at chain lakes and some others up that way but just wanted some insight, as for lures I am mainly thinking about rooster tails, darker colors to maybe mimic what they'd normally see up there. let me know if you have any tips, none too small, for me :)) thank you
