Taking my kids to the lake Cuyamaca in a few weeks and they want to give trout fishing a shot. I have a fair amount of gear, but no Idea what a go-to combo for stocked trout would look like. I haven't the slightest idea where to start with rod length, power, action, line type and test, etc.
If you could only take one set up with you for stock trout fishing, and what would you throw?
