Help me. Reservoir where I saw photos of people with 15-20 inch trout and said they used panther martins but I went there this morning and no bites at all.

Not a big reservoir and many creeks feeding into it with wild trout. Here are their photos. What should I use? Tried spinner and powerbait on bobber.
