On page 17 (top right column) you see that if you fish there you are to retain all brookies.
I witness this sub to be extremely sensitive – in this case:
Do you only fish to consume so as not to take a fish’s life in vain?
Or do you dispatch the fish and follow the regulations when C & R fishing here? Would it then matter how the brook trout was handled in this situation?
