At the creek this AM I had two trout scoping out my trout magnet and spinnerbait, getting within inches but never taking an actual bite. One was about a foot and the other maybe a foot and a half. Any ideas? Would adding powerbait get them to go for it? I was there a couple weeks ago and a guy and his daughter reeled a few in with corn.
